Job Description

    Must be able to prepare breads (naan and roties) and meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay) oven.Experience in marinade grilling and kebab techniques.Ability to prepare sauces and curries (veg and non-veg)Ensure quality of food and portion control.While on duty keep the cooking area clean to make sure that the health and food safety standard are met!EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Chef/Cook school or equivalent (needed for the work permit)Basic English is a must!REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Culinary Experience of 1 to 3 years using the Tandoor technique.
