Job Description

    We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our teaching faculty. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall academic success of our students.Responsibilities:
    • Plan and deliver instructional lessons in accordance with curriculum objectives and educational standards.
    • Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to meet the diverse needs of students.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods, techniques, and resources to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
    • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
    • Establish clear learning objectives and communicate expectations to students and parents/guardians.
    • Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback and support as needed.
    • Differentiate instruction to accommodate students with diverse learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents/guardians to support student learning and development.
    • Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and conferences, to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay abreast of educational trends and best practices.
    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance, adhering to school policies and procedures.
    • Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes mutual respect, empathy, and appreciation for diversity.
    • Serve as a mentor and role model for students, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
    • Valid teaching certification/license issued by the appropriate educational authority.
    • Proven experience as a classroom teacher or teaching assistant (experience may vary depending on the level and subject area).
    • Strong knowledge of subject matter content, pedagogy, and instructional strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing needs and priorities in a dynamic educational environment.
    • Dedication to continuous improvement and a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
    • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and promotes equity and social justice.
    • Proficiency in educational technology tools and resources for teaching and learning (e.g., Learning Management Systems, multimedia resources, etc.).
    • Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
