Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Senior/ Team Lead .NET developer to oversee the development of functional .NET applications and websites. You will be acting in a senior developer/lead role, overseeing the functions of the junior .NET development staff. You will be directly involved with .NET application coding, system debugging, code reviewing, and the development of operational procedures.
To ensure success as a Senior/ lead .NET Developer, you should have strong managerial skills, extensive experience with Microsoft Frameworks, and advanced problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Meeting with technology managers to determine application and website requirements.
Upgrading existing .NET websites and applications.
Analyzing system requirements and delegating development tasks.
Developing technical specifications.
Writing scalable code for .NET software applications.
Reviewing and debugging .NET applications.
Providing support for junior developers.
Deploying functional websites, programs, and applications.
Drafting software and application operating procedures.
Training junior staff.
Give input as needed to issues like a tool and environment selection.
Resolve technical problems, disputes, and make tradeoffs related to technology and design.
Ensure architecture, technology, and design standards used correctly.
Education and Training :
Bachelor s or Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience :
Around 4 to 8 years of experience in software development for innovative, relevant, and emergent technology companies.
In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure. Knowledge of ASP.NET C#, MVC, .NET Core Thorough understanding of Web development using Views, Partial Views, and AJAX implementation, Web API, Entity Framework
Proficient with front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS - this includes knowledge of CSS Frameworks such as Bootstrap
JavaScript/JQuery Should be good with scripting and troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience in developing solution components with JavaScript Frameworks. (AngularJS is a must)
Strong experience in handling data with JSON
Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with deploying rich and/or web customer applications in a high-availability, multi-tenant environment
Exemplary general IT knowledge (applications development, testing, deployment, operations, documentation, standards, best practices, security, hardware, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware, etc.)
Experience with Agile and Test-driven development method
Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation
Experience with code refactoring and performance tuning.
Skills and Abilities :
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate well. Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and make decisions.
The action-oriented, decisive approach to work required, with the willingness to take a hands-on role when needed to ensure deliverables are met on time.

Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies.
