Job Description

    We are hiring a Team Leader International Sales for a globally recognized leader in merchant services with a strong presence across Europe and the USA. Our India-based sales center plays a critical role in driving global growth by delivering secure, scalable, and technology-driven payment solutions to merchants worldwide.Role Summary:As theTeam Lead, you will be responsible for driving the performance and productivity of the outbound international sales floor. Youll manage sales teams targeting US and European markets, ensuring KPI achievement, sales quality, and overall operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team of 2050 international sales executives.
    • Monitor daily sales performance, call quality, and adherence to KPIs.
    • Train, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
    • Manage shift schedules, break timings, and floor discipline.
    • Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
    • Coordinate with QA, HR, and Training teams for process alignment.
    • Handle escalations and support agents with complex sales objections.
    • Drive initiatives to improve conversion rates, lead handling, and agent productivity.
    • Report floor performance to senior management on a daily/weekly basis.
    • Maintain a high-energy, positive sales environment.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
    • Strong knowledge of US/UK consumer behaviour and time zones.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
    • Comfortable working night shifts and in a performance-driven culture.
    • Experience in merchant services or financial tech sales (preferred).
