Job DescriptionPosition: Team LeaderFunction/ SBU: Medical Record Review DepartmentRole: Real Time Adherence, Monitoring, Data ManagementRoles and Responsibilities: Acting as a conduit between resource planning and the operation to ensure sales are maximized through great customer service and team KPIs are achieved. Highlighting any intra- day issues of the forecasting, scheduling and MI by providing feedback and solutions to influence business change and success. Responsible for the delivery and embedment of key business changes within the department. Working collaboratively with peers across the business to ensure a consistent approach and to be recognized as operating at a managers level and an expert in Contact Centre andTravel. Ensuring analysis of intraday profile is timely and appropriate recommendations to forecasting and scheduling is provided Balance resources to achieve desired service levels Attend weekly and daily staffing review meetings with management detailing previous and current weeks performance and forecasted performance of remainder of current week and next week, while also identifying risks Management and maintenance of skills groups Increase staffing levels or modify call routing to increase service levels Administration of intraday schedule changes Communicate identified risks to management Analyze and identify potential issues before they occur and make the necessary recommendations to improve resources e.g. shift patterns, optimization, reducing shrinkage Negotiate and challenge adherence schedules with ManagersWork Relations:Internal: Reporting to Manager for functional purpose.External: Interface with Professional Networks (If any).Qualification: Graduate (Computer/ Statistics Preferred).Competencies:Positive, pro- active and enthusiastic, People Orientation, High on Integrity, Cool Temperament, Inter- personal skills, Administration and Management, Relationship Building, Judgment and Decision Making, Analysis and Problem Solving, Effective Communication (Oral and Written), Presentation, Customer- focused, Organizational skills and Self Motivated.The ideal candidate will be a person who has a convincing personality, has a sense of urgency, is proactive and result orientated.
