PFB the JD and details .Position Overview.1) Client - Leading b2b Enterise software company2) Role-Tech lead- AI AND MACHINE LEARNING3) Location- Ahmedabad4)Experience:10 years of software development and technology experience, with significant exposure to data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, or data science.THE JD IS AS FOLOWS-We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong foundation in software development and data engineering, complemented by expertise in AI/ML and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering complex data-driven and AI-enabled solutions, while also leading teams and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities-Design & Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven applications and large-scale data engineering solutions.-Programming:Provide hands-on contributions in Python (backend), SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and other relevant technologies.-Data Engineering:Build and optimize ETL pipelinesfor data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and processing.-Database Management:Manage and maintain scalable databases, ensuring performance, security, and availability.-Business Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.-Project Leadership:Take ownership of project planning and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.-Team Management:Lead and mentor a small to mid-sized teamof developers, guiding them on best practices in AI, data engineering, and software development.-Cross-functional Collaboration:Work across business and technology teams to deliver integrated AI-based solutions.-Innovation:Explore and apply GenAIand emerging technologies to enhance business processes and solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications-Experience:10 years of software development and technology experience, with significant exposure to data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, or data science.-Programming Expertise:Strong hands-on experience in Python (backend)and SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL.-Data Engineering Skills:Proven experience in ETL development, data pipelines, and data processing workflows.-Cloud Knowledge:Familiarity with cloud platformsand their data engineering/AI capabilities is a strong plus.-Business Understanding:Ability to understand business functions and align technical solutions with business needs.-Project & Team Leadership:Demonstrated success in leading projects and managing small/mid-sized developer teams.-Additional Skills:Experience in GenAIis a strong advantage.-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.If the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly share your cv and details athidden_emailor contactKajal-hidden_mobileKindly share the following details-Current ctc n notice period- Expected ctc-Years of software development and technology experience, with significant exposure to data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, or data science.-Open to work in Ahmedabad
