Follow software development and validation processes and continuously improve them. Use Scrum Agile Methodology for software development. Develop unit tests for all new code, adequately comment all code. Facilitate and participate in software design and peer code review. Strong interpersonal skill set, including good technical communication. Deep knowledge of C#, C++/VC++, GIT, with minimum 3+ years of experience. Working experience of 4+ year in WPF OR MVVM. Working experience of software design based on Client Server. Working experience of Test Driven Development (TDD). Working experience of Win services with minimum 6+ Month experience. Working Experience of SQL Database, creating database design & stored procedures. Exposure to software design based on Client server architecture. Working Experience with OOPS,Multi-Threading app, Message driven architecture, XML, CSV Strong analytic and problem-solving skills for root cause determination and fixing issues. Experience in designing User Inter Face will have an added advantage. Flexible towards changes in priorities, sense of urgency and focus on results. Understanding and exposure to industrial communication protocols like IEC 61850, DNP 3.0, and MODBUSetcin power transmission, distribution, and SCADA systems will be of added advantage.
