Their primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers may be facing.Some of the key responsibilities of a Tech Support Executive include:
    • Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat.
    • Troubleshooting technical issues related to software, platform.
    • Documenting customer issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
    • Collaborating with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
    • Conducting research and identifying solutions to new technical problems.
    • Maintaining and updating technical knowledge base and documentation.
    • Escalating issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
    • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Work Experience 1 to 2 Years
    Qualification:B.Tech, M.Tech , BCA, MCA,BE-IT, ME-ITMandatory Skills:Candidate have knowledge of MYSQL is preferred first.Immediate Joiner will be Preferred First.
