Job Description

    Job Title: IT Technical Project ManagerAs an IT Technical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the successful implementation of IT projects within an organization. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring the project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of technology solutions that meet stakeholders requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and infrastructure engineers, to drive project success and enable effective IT operations. We are looking for a solid technology background in programming like c#, .net, java, python PHP ROR(Anyone from the list), and Cloud experience.Responsibilities: Design Technical Architect, delegate technical tasks, and manage deliverables. Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. Determining. and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. We are monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Expertise in Any Core Technologies like (Java/.net/ROR/MERN/Full stack/DBA) Intermediate knowledge of Any clouds and deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP is required. Project Planning and Execution: Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Technical Expertise and Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements and technical specifications. Coordinate with IT resources, such as developers, system administrators, and network engineers, to ensure successful implementation. Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Requirements: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an IT Technical Project Manager, leading and delivering complex IT projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical expertise in areas such as software development. Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
