Key Skills Set: Recruit/ Source Candidates: Recruit/ source using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS database) , Job Portal s and Networking websites or Social Media. Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings. Conduct preliminary interviews, schedule and submit qualified candidates for testing/ interview with hiring manager/ sActively to maintain a pipeline and network of candidates for future requirementsUnderstand technology, technical roles and technical skillsCoordinate or conduct screening activities e. g. , drug screens, reference checks, education verification, etc. Technology knowledge ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at client companyFollowing up keep the candidates and hiring managers in the loopProcess, consolidate and compile all new hire employee paper work e. g. employee files, etc. Ensure office HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and enforce such policiesMinimum Requirements/ Must Have: At least 2+ years of Technical IT recruiting experience preferred.
