Job Description

    TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVEUMA RUBBER AND PLASTIC PRODUCT is an rubber product manufacturing company incorporated in 1991.We are looking for Sales Executive with sales oriented Mindset . Candidate must be able to coordinate the sales activities on his territory together with the sales manager and sales support team.RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Maximizing sales turnover and profitability.
    • Covering territory and explore, identify and catch opportunities.
    • Customer acquisition through visits, telephone, e-mail and industry events.
    • Identify and understand end user applications and needs to offer the best solution.
    • Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for future through on-going visits to customer and potential customers.
    • Market mapping and identifying key customer.
    • Preparing presentation and other educational documents.
    CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Minimum Requirement : Diploma in Mechanical based engineering OR Diploma in Rubber Technology OR BBA in Marketing with industrial exposure.
    • Very good communication skills and ability to build up and nurture business relationships.
    • Experience in technical sales with solid technical understanding.
    • Readiness to travel regularly (1-2 weeks/month).
    • Knowledge of Indian OEMs in markets such as Construction, Automotive and Industrial machinery is a plus.
    • Willingness to learn and challenge your knowledge.
    • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written), any other language is an asset.
    • Advance Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
