Job Description

    Dear CandidateJobStation is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with candidates and clients, generating leads, and maintaining professional communication.Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to candidates and potential clients.
    • Explain company services andeducational programs.
    • Follow up with interested candidates and clients.
    • Maintain call records and update databases.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with the Hr team.
    • Generate leads and support recruitment activities.
    • Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
    Requirements:
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
    • Ability to build rapport over phone calls.
    • Positive attitude and convincing skills.
    • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
