    • Responsible for acquiring new business for the Private Car segment through Dealers and DSAs.
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Dealers and DSAs within the assigned territory.
    • Accountable for achieving both Top Line (revenue) and Bottom Line (profitability) targets.
    • Lead and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed business targets within defined timelines.
