Hey,We are looking for Territory Manager (TM) for Ahmedabad for FMCG (Male).JD:-Job Profile: Handling Distribution Network and Retail Channel for as signed location. Analyze Reports like Sales Trends of States, Brand wise sales, Productivity analysis of the Sales force, etc Preparing Product Reports & feasibility studies for analyzing the distribution network. Target setting and Target oriented. Launching new products and maximizing its sales Ensuring training and motivation of field force to achieve desired call average and throughput /productivity Allocate targets to sales team and keep tracking it on daily, weekly & monthly basis. Ensuring effective product distribution of all distributors within the region. Ensuring effective merchandising in the Outlets Ensuring proper cold chain maintained by distributors. To cover all general trade outlet and ensure availability of our products. Keeping a track of competitor s trends, developments and planning activities to counter the same. Inventory Management at CP and distributor level Outstanding /Credit control.,
