Position Title: Territory Manager - Vegetable Seeds (Horticulture Business)Job Summary: Working for ensuring over all business development (of Horticulture)in the given territory. This position will report to the Head Sales. Create and execute a territory sales plan for Vegetable (Horticulture)Business.Plan and carry out daily visits, maximize business generation from the assigned territory by meeting new Farmers to create product and brand awareness.Recruit, Train and manage Field sales force.Participate in large-scale Farmer meetings.Work closely with FOS, forecast and set targets with FOS and plan accordingly to maximize Farmer reach.Participate/ conduct product awareness thru local campaigns, promotional/ marketing activities etc.Handle customer complaints regarding sales and service as guided by the Technical/Agronomist team.Work effectively with internal support departments.Taking lead in assessing trends in the market, capturing customers insights and feedback and collecting market intelligence to help develop winning marketing and sale strategy.Maintain track of the Farmer reach, meetings conducted, enquiry generated by respective FOS on daily basis and submit monthly reports and MIS.Perform other duties as may be assigned. Major Deliverables: Achieve Sales Target for assigned Territory.Maximize Customer Coverage Maximise Lead Generation People Management & DevelopmentExperience: 4-5 years with Vegetable Seed Industry/(Horticulture, Vegetable Area) Qualification: M.Sc/ B.Sc / in Agri, (MBA Agri business) Technical Skill Set: Agro Product Knowledge. Competencies: Results-oriented, tenacious, self-starter.Demonstrates impeccable sales acumen with passion and drive for success.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationshipsGood planning, analytical and reporting skills.Work Location: Respective Territory ,
