Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for the Profile Technical Consultant SAP BW HANA.
    • Notice Period- Immediate to 15 days
    • Experience- 6 yrs
    • Location- Pan India
    Job Description- The Technical Consultant is responsible for leading and managing the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of BW-CORE business solutions and services. This position requires excellent technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain BW-CORE business solutions and services, including the design, configuration, implementation, and delivery of BW-CORE products and services.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals, technical specifications, and system diagrams, to ensure accurate and consistent use of BW-CORE business solutions and services.
    • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of BW-CORE business solutions and services.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot BW-CORE business solutions and services, and provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.
    • Participate in customer meetings, demos, and other events to promote BW-CORE business solutions and services.
    • Provide support and guidance on product and service upgrades and new releases.
    • Identify and document customer requirements and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
    • Stay current with industry trends and technology to ensure BW-CORE business solutions and services are up-to-date.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in technical consulting and/or customer service.
    • Expertise in BW-CORE business solutions and services.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
