Job Description

Academic Requirements:

DME/BE(Mech)/B.Tech(Mech)

2 - 3 YEARS

Required Skills:

  1. Graduate in Engineering from a premier institute.
  2. Experience in relevant field / Our sized group.
  3. Implement & follow safety practises in plant
  4. To Audit TPM process.
  5. Ensure effective implementation of Poka-Yoke& Kaizen & 5S. Knowledge of TPM & IATF 16469 related activities.
Responsibilities:
  1. To lead the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation as a drive for cultural shift in how the organization continuously improve.
  2. To find out difficulties and others resistance to change and lead individuals and teams through the change process; competence in TPM, combined with on the job expertise and stakeholder input to identify, prioritize and manage multiple improvement projects.
  3. To complete all required safety training; ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies and procedures
  4. To Implement and oversee TPM Strategy within the plant.
  5. To Implement autonomous maintenance with plant production.
  6. To Work with PM technicians to develop operator checklists.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders; keep management team updated on TPM program status.
  8. Function as the primary point of contact for all site TPM inquiries and communications.
  9. Facilitate communications between areas, including the TPM web app administrator.
  10. To conduct meetings with Pillar chairmen and Top Management.
  11. To find training needs to provide facilities for on job and class room training.
