Job Description

    We are currently hiring for the position of Trainer F&B for a leading food and beverage organization based in Ahmedabad. Please find the details below for your review.Position: Trainer F&BLocation: AhmedabadGender Preference: Female Candidates OnlyRole OverviewThe Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to F&B staff, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and compliance with brand standards across outlets.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct induction and on-the-job training for restaurant and outlet staff
    • Train teams on service standards, SOPs, hygiene, and customer experience
    • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
    • Develop training modules and maintain training documentation
    • Support outlet launches and new staff onboarding
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
    Requirements
    • Experience in F&B operations or training preferred
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Good understanding of restaurant service standards and processes
    • Willingness to travel locally if required
    • Ability to train frontline staff effectively
