Ensure Supervisor training for his patch basis needs identified and as per TCPM conducted with the Line manager (RM) Conduct Skill, Knowledge & compliance based training programs or the entire patch Content development using Instructional Design techniques and skills; Designing and developing contents and course material for training of various constituents of Bancassurance. Mapping competition and building positioning and sales pitch against each competing company/ product. Ensure regular on the job facilitation of GIDs, IIDs and FODs. Responsibility of IRDA and subsequent training of the Banca & DST employees. On field training need analysis for various constituents in Banca. Conducting training across the geographical training for KASH and motivational aspects. Tracking performance of each constituent, identify productivity limiting gaps and support corrective action, through training and development. Coordinating with various internal and external customers for quick resolutions of bottlenecks impacting business. Co-ordinate and produce training materials and ensure availability of all training equipment /courseware at all locations. Ensure traction of data on performance, publishing MIS, dashboard, calendar etc. timely and effectively. Providing additional on-the-job help and support to generate business through making pitch presentations and meeting individual customers etc. Conduct surveys, collate feedback and send it back to the concerned persons. Develop and manage certification processes, Implementing evaluation process online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all the trainees.
