Job Description

QX Recruitment Services is part of the QX LTD with over 950 employees based in our delivery center in India and our UK head office. We provide consultative and highly scalable recruitment services ranging from basic admin tasks such as job inputting, CV processing, advert response management to complex tasks such as candidate generation, database cleansing, organization mapping, headhunting, compliance and back-office functions within finance and accountancy services through to full payroll services to recruitment agencies across the UK.The subsidiary offices meet ISO standards for security (27001) and quality (9001) management systems, and are compliant with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.We are looking for a Training Specialist to work with both new and existing teams in the UK recruitment industry.Task is to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with companys core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions. RESPONSIBILITIES The major requirement will be for the person to be an expert in communication training: engaging. Candidates, building rapport, listening skills, dealing with complaints and so on. Processes and role specific functions will have to be learnt by the trainer and disseminated to the staff. Someone who understands the overall recruitment process and can train on all aspects of the process. The staff may be involved in on-the job-training and Quality control activities as well. Understanding new processes and disseminating this information to teams in an engaging and inclusive manner. Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses and client requirement. Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. Translating requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path. Building annual training programs and preparing teaching plans. Develop classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals using a variety of media: videos, work books, simulator training etc. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results. Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions. Deliver soft skills training, including but not restricted to: telephone etiquette, building rapport, providing excellent customer service, listening, and negotiation. Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior. Evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they remain up to date and relevant. Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development requirements. Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles. Proven ability to master the full training cycle. Adequate knowledge of learning management software. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques. Familiarity with talent management and succession planning. Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI. Sound decision making and organizational skills. Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences. MANDATORY SKILLS: Minimum 1.5 years Recruitment experience in a 360 degree recruitment profile for UK candidates. Past experience of training people through various modes classroom, group discussions, You tube, etc. Past experience of creating training plans and supporting documentation e.g. training manuals MS office Excellent communication skills DESIRED SKILLS: Proficiency in MS Office and in database software Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field would be added advantage Role is based in our Ahmedabad office but there is the potential to travel to other sites as and when required.
