Key ResponsibilitiesConduct RSW refresher and SSW with support of L&&D and OH/RMMin one recruitment field demonstration call per month with M1-M3 AADMSingle Point of Contact for new AADM to resolve any queries related to standard achievementEnsure AADMs attends prescribed skilling sessions and clinicsEnsure Supervisor , Buddy and AADM are executing agreed action plan && adhering to laid downprocessesIdentify skill and activity gap of each and every AADM and close loop with OH and supervisorRaise timely Redflags with RM and dash boarding in RBCWill manage 45 50 AADMs of M0- M6 vintage .Measure Of SuccessAADM on standards month on month: 50% of onboard AADMADM meeting Recruitment and WFYP standards At M3 && M6 : 50% and 35% of onboard AADMAADM retention at the end of M6 70% of joined AADMAADM completing RSW/ SSW , ELMs && office skilling sessions
