Job Description

    Hiring CA for UK Audit Manager A. Audit ManagerThe Audit Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the audit process for our clients in the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in auditing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members in a virtual and live environment.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee remote audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting, in accordance with auditing standards- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the main point of contact for audit-related matters- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support as needed- Ensure that audit work is completed within budgeted time - Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness- Identify and communicate audit issues to clients and provide recommendations for improvement- Stay up-to-date with changes in UK accounting and auditing standards and ensure that the audit team is informed and trained accordingly- Participate in business development activities and assist in the preparation of proposals for new clientsQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Commerce- Professional accounting qualification mandatory (e.g. ACA, ACCA)- At least 6-7 years of experience in auditing out of which 2-3 years minimum is required in UK Audits- Strong knowledge of UK auditing standards and procedures- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing teams of at least 5-7 people- Ability to manage multiple remote engagements and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with audit softwares such as CCH -PCAS, Mercia , My workpapers and Caseware & Caseware Idea,
