Job Description

    Looking for Fresher Accounts .Location-AhmedabadMon-fri (work from office)2pm to 11pmRolesReview accounts payable invoices for coding accuracy and approvals prior entering the data in the accounting softwareAssign and route standard, non-time sensitive invoices via customer workflow to the appropriate approverEnter all approved invoices, check requests, expense reports and time sensitive invoices into the accounting systemUpload invoice images, W9s, and vendor contract information into accounting systemResearch vendor statements; request missing invoices and assign them to the appropriate person via customer workflow systemMonitor outstanding checks, and recommend voids, stop payments, and reissues as neededAcquire W-9s and banking information from Vendors and enter into accounting systemPerform routine bank reconciliations for numerous accounts for each property on a monthly basisPerform other account reconciliations as neededOther accounting related work as neededRegular and punctual attendance is requiredSkills0-2 years experience in Accounting or Finance related rolesStrong English speaker with very good communication skillsTraining will be provided.mail cv to hidden_email /or call hidden_mobile
