Job Description

    Hello,Greetings of the day!!We are Hiring,Job Title : Executive / Asst. Manager Age: Around 28 - 32 Years Department : CNC Machine Shop Reports to : HOD Location : Odhav - AhmedabadKey Responsibilities: 1. To independently handle CNC Machine Shop activities. 2. Handling New Part Development work and respond to RFQ [Request for Quotation]. (GDC/LPDC/HPDC) 3. Check feasibility study of new development parts and calculate cycle time. 4. Indenting for material required for Machine shop. 5. Fixture and Tooling development work. 6. To interact technically to CFT for CNC Machine related activities. 7. IATF documentation work. 8. Fixturing concept and Tooling knowledge of VMC, HMC and Turning Machine.9. Knowledge of Fanuc Controller 10. Team Handling, Rejection Analysis and Problem Solving 11. Must be an expert in UG NX 6 / Master CAM /Autocad & ERPDesired Education: D.M.E. / B.E. Mechanical Preferred Industrial Experience: Manufacturing / Aluminium Die Casting /Automobile Experience: Minimum 4 to 10 years of hands on experience on similar position with any Engineering / Manufacturing organization. Thorough knowledge of entire CNC Machine shop related activities.Skills Required1. Computer skills: Proficient in ERP and MS-office is a must. 2.
