    Sales Apprenticeship Program Insurance SectorLocation: Ahmedabad Program Duration: 6 Months Stipend: 19,500 per month (Fixed) Company: Leading Insurance CompanyAbout the ProgramWe are inviting Graduate Freshers to join our Sales Apprenticeship Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in insurance sales, customer engagement, and business development. This program offers structured training, real-world exposure, and a strong foundation for a career in the insurance industry.Key Responsibilities
    • Assist the sales team in promoting insurance products to customers
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
    • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and client onboarding
    • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
    • Learn sales processes, compliance norms, and insurance regulations
    • Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning activities
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduate in any discipline (Freshers only)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to learn sales and customer handling
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage
    • Ready to work from the Ahmedabad location
