    • Depending on the size of an organization, recruitment is the responsibility of a range of workers.
    Key Areas:o Maintain Skill Matrix and Scale Matrix and update it periodically or as and when needed. o Identification of process gap analysis and skill gap workforce.o Maintain the required documentation of talent acquisition according to the policy framed.o Maintain the talent pool and having proactive analysis of organizational need.o Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.o Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience.o Completing paperwork for new hires.o Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.o Schedules interviews.o Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.o Assists with the interview process.Interested candidates can share resume on hidden_mobile
