Job Description

    Job DescriptionDivision: Traffic:Position: Solution ArchitectLocation: Mumbai/AhmedabadOutcome Expected
    1. 100% compliant solution as per specs and timelines.
    2. MTTR of 1 hr. for issues impacting revenue and 3 hrs. for Routine Operations.
    3. MTBF to be minimum 1 year
    4. Solution delivery in 100% compliance to agreed TOT for Change requests.
    5. Standardization of software across all similar projects.
    Main role
    • Responsible for end-to-end solution by owning the proposed solution and selection of modules in compliance to contract requirements. Collaborate with Project manager, Product Development and solution design and Sales Teams. 100% compliance review and ownership during pre-tender and post-tender of all components. Ready to travel to project sites / customers extensively Ensure compliance to SLAs defined for service level to company and customers.
    • Lead Market Analysis, business/product roadmap planning, Go-To market strategies, developing features and defining requirements, Product localization and compliance
    • Manage Partner/Alliance accounts relating to their satisfaction for business success.
    • Develop (recruit and train) delivery teams and provide inspirational guidance, team conflict resolutions, efficient leadership, and mentor to achieve excellence.
    Technical Skills Required
    • Project Management: MS Project (preferable), Quality Management System,
    testing tools (Selenium) and JIRA. (Must)
    • Databases Knowledge: Oracle Database, SQL Server, Posgrey
    • Big data: Hadoop, Mongo DB, elastic search
    • System Design and Architect (Must)
    Qualification B.E./ B Tech /MCA - Any Discipline (Preferable Computer Science)Experience
    1. Overall experience of 15-20 years in Software Development and Delivery
    2. Hands on experience with solution design and IOT device integration
    3. Experience in Smart City and Highway solutions preferable
