Job Description

Urgent Opening for Zonal Credit Head in Ahmedabad & Mumbai locationIts a well reputed BankPlease find the indent of Zonal Credit Head :Target Grade- VP1/AVP2Offered CTC - 22 -25 LPAOffered Experience : 15+ years of experienceExperience in Housing Loan, Mortgages.Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Zonal Credit Head with credit sanctioning / recommending authority, responsible for analysis of loans as per Policy Guidelines to Individuals / Enterprises with in the state. He will be managing Area Credit managers with all the store fronts where Home loan is operational in the state as his span
  • Managing the delinquency of the zone as per corporate Risk guidelines as one of the most important KRAs
  • Ensure end to end TAT is amongst the best in the industry without any compromise on the quality of portfolio
  • Reduce TAT, Reduce Non disbursals/Rejections and Increase customer retention.
  • Maintain a good balance in executing financial authorization to aid growth of secured mortgage portfolio with minimal risk
  • Shortlisting and empanelment of reputed agencies for conducting legal/technical/FI /RCU verifications and regularly reviewing relationships with them in terms of Quality control and timely disbursal of payouts to them. Constantly endeavour to reduce the Third party verification costs without impacting the quality
  • Maintain a Healthy Third Party Insurance coverage of the portfolio by enabling a culture of successful pitching of insurance benefits to the customer at the time of PD by CU/ACH.
  • Continously observe and improvise on the existing processes and suggest and implement measures to mitigate the fraud risks/delinquency risks/enhance productivity etc.
  • Responsible for flawless security creation, ensue that the PDDs are tracked and closed with in the committed time lines, in case of home loans ensure that stage wise payment is effected basis the stage of construction
  • Manage a team of 5-10 Area credit Heads in the assigned zone
