Job Description

    Job Description
    • Designation: Chief Civil Engineer Job Location: Ahmedabad
    • Department: Construction Grade/ Level: L3
    • Direct Reporting To: Direct Reportees: 3
    • New Position/ Back Fill: New No. of openings: 2
    • Job Purpose: Chief Civil Engineers are responsible forDesigning, constructing, and supervising construction projects related to commercial, industrial, and residential construction works.
    • Responsibilities: Overall execution of all activities. Study drawing and monitor same on site. Quantity estimation. Preparing and checking BBS. Coordination with consultants for easy flow of drawings. Preparing Monthly plans with material requirement and labour requirement. Tracking daily progress of site against the plan. Preparing Baseline schedule of the project. Coordination with subcontractors on daily basis. Provide value additions to the scope of work. Checking and preparing subcontractors RA Bills. Preparing project reports on fortnight basis and same sharing with management. Training junior staff and organizing them as per site. Quality monitoring of every activity. Safety management on site.
    • Requisite Skills: Project planning Project management Problem-solving skills Team coordination
    • Desired Skills: Ability to perform under pressure Being performance-driven and focused on results Ability to self-motivate and motivate others
    • Education: Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering.
    • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 7 to 20 years
    • CTC per annum: No Bar for Right Candidates Up to 18lac Total Experience: Up to 20+ Years
    • Will travel No Monthly Net Salary:
    • Preferred Domain: Experience in High Rise Const.
