Job Description

    Customer Support Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Provide prompt and qualified support to US-based customers. Resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipments, pricing, invoices, and product availability. Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and issue resolution. Order Managemen tProcess wholesale and bulk customer orders accurately .Track orders from entry through fulfillment .Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding inventory availability and shipment status .Monitor backorders and communicate delivery timelines to customers . Inventory & Operations Coordinati onWork closely with warehouse teams to ensure inventory accurac y.Assist with order discrepancies, returns, replacements, and credit request s.Support high-volume SKU environments with robust attention to detai l.Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements and customer request s. ERP & System Managem entMaintain customer records and order information in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platfor ms.Generate operational reports and maintain accurate transaction recor ds.Support continuous process improvements for order management workflo ws.
