Job Description

    Job Title: US IT RecruiterLocation: Ahmedabad [Onsite]Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary: As a Junior US IT Recruiter, you will support the recruitment team in identifying and hiring top IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will assist in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential IT candidates.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and alignment with client requirements.
    Job Posting and Advertisement:
    • Create and post job descriptions on job boards and company career websites.
    • Write compelling job advertisements to attract IT professionals.
    Candidate Screening:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
    • Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    Interview Coordination:
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Communicate interview schedules and provide necessary details to candidates.
    Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Maintain a candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
    • Foster positive relationships with candidates to build a talent pipeline for future requirements.
    Client Interaction:
    • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their IT staffing needs.
    • Provide regular updates on the recruitment progress and candidate status.
    Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate interactions and interviews.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    Onboarding Support:
    • Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating paperwork, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred.
    • Previous experience in IT recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
    Career Progression: A Junior US IT Recruiter can advance to a Senior IT Recruiter or IT Recruiter Manager role with more experience and demonstrated success in the recruitment field.
