    US IT RecruiterBench Sales RecruiterYuvii Consultancy, a leading recruitment firm based in Ahmedabad, is currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Bench Sales Recruiter. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to effectively source and recruit candidates for bench sales positions in the marketing domain. We welcome both fresher and experienced candidates to apply.Responsibilities:Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, networking, and other channels to source potential candidates for marketing bench sales positions.Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability for bench sales roles.Building Candidate Database: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of potential candidates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Client Interaction: Coordinate with. clients to understand their requirements and ensure the successful placement of candidates.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.Negotiation and Offer Management: Conduct salary negotiations on behalf of the candidates and facilitate the offer acceptance process.Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the marketing bench sales industry to effectively identify and attract top talent.Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline, progress, and outcomes.Requirements:Education: A bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.Good Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively interact with candidates and clients.Recruitment Experience: Prior experience in bench sales recruitment or a related field is a plus, but freshers with a passion for recruitment are also encouraged to apply.Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates, understand their career goals, and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.Result-oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet targets, work independently, and handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various job portals, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.Ethical Standards: Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling candidate and client information,
