Job Description

KPI

  • Creating and maintaining Brand Guidelines and ensuring everyone sticks to it
  • Creating simple and easy to use user flows.
  • Present, sell, negotiate, convince and take the approval of the user flows.
  • Bring the best design practices and trends in the product.
  • Find and look into data-points through studying the customer behavior to improvise it.
  • Reviewing the UX of a feature after design, when in development, QA, post-release by a tool.
Responsibility
  • Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
  • Craft compelling UX visions, interaction specs, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Apply design best practices to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Present and effectively communicate the conceptual vision and foster ideas to help spread storytelling techniques to inspire the team.
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
  • Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for people who use our products
  • Weave together qualitative and quantitative insights for data-informed, complete insights
  • Generate insights that shape how product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, data science, engineering, and marketing to identify important research questions and align on priorities
  • Lead participatory and design thinking workshops with stakeholders
  • Communicate insights in creative and compelling ways
  • Mentor other researchers, and maintain our teams high standard of work
Qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in product design
  • An excellent online portfolio showcasing UX, UI and visual design work for mobile, desktop TV and web.
  • A command of visual and communication design principles
  • Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches and wireframes.
  • Highly skilled in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote and other design tools.
  • Enthusiasm for an iterative design process, inspired by group critique.
  • Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
  • Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (individual and group interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.)
  • Experience with quantitative research (survey design, response effects, sampling, cross-tabs, and statistical concepts, etc.)
  • Communication skills
  • Experience in building and shipping applications or software
  • Must have URL or case studies featuring examples of interaction design work
  • Agile and experiment-driven development
  • Negotiating, communicating, and presenting
