Job Description

    Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Revenue Leadership Develop and execute annual and long-term business development strategies aligned withorganizational goals. Drive revenue generation through acquisition of new mandates and expansion of existingclient relationships. Lead large and strategic business opportunities from prospecting through successful closure. Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and portfolio growth targets. Identify emerging sectors, industries, and business opportunities for market expansion. Build sustainable referral channels through Banks, NBFCs, Chartered Accountants, CompanySecretaries, Financial Consultants, Industry Associations, and Professional Networks. Develop strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and business generation. Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and business performance metrics. 2. Strategic Client Relationship Management Build and manage relationships with Promoters, CEOs, CFOs, Directors, Treasury Heads, andSenior Management of client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor on credit ratings, debt financing, banking relationships, and financialadvisory matters. Manage strategic and high-value client accounts. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Lead commercial negotiations, engagement discussions, and contract finalization. Resolve critical client escalations and maintain long-term client relationships. Develop account growth plans for key strategic clients. 3. Credit Rating Advisory Business Leadership Drive business growth for Credit Rating Advisory, Rating Enhancement Advisory, DebtAdvisory, and Banking Facilitation Services. Promote awareness of credit ratings as a strategic financing tool for corporates and financialinstitutions. Provide strategic guidance to clients on rating preparedness and rating improvementinitiatives. Work closely with analytical teams to ensure alignment between client expectations andservice delivery. Monitor advisory assignments and ensure successful execution of mandates. Support development of new advisory products and service offerings.4. Rating Agency & Financial Institution Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior officials of Rating Agencies. Strengthen business relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and LendingPartners. Facilitate management meetings, site visits, rating discussions, and committee interactions. Ensure timely resolution of agency observations and information requirements. Identify business opportunities through ecosystem partnerships and institutional networks. 5. Team Leadership & Organizational Development Lead and manage Assistant Vice Presidents, Relationship Managers and support teams. Define departmental objectives, revenue targets, and performance expectations. Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and leadership developmentinitiatives. Build a high-performance, growth-oriented, and client-centric culture. Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development programs. Drive employee engagement, productivity, and retention initiatives. 6. Marketing, Brand Building & Market Expansion Lead marketing and brand development initiatives to enhance market visibility. Represent the organization at industry conferences, business forums, trade associations, andnetworking events. Build strategic referral partnerships and professional networks. Drive thought leadership initiatives, seminars, webinars, and industry engagement programs. Provide market intelligence regarding competitor activities, industry trends, and emergingopportunities. Support geographic expansion and entry into new market segments. 7. Portfolio & Profitability Management Own and manage strategic client portfolios. Monitor portfolio profitability, revenue growth, and business contribution. Track renewals, surveillance ratings, and recurring business opportunities. Improve client lifetime value through cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Ensure achievement of portfolio-level revenue and margin objectives. Develop portfolio expansion strategies across industries and regions. 8. Strategic Planning & Corporate Initiatives Participate in annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises. Develop market expansion strategies and business growth roadmaps. Provide strategic recommendations based on industry and competitive intelligence.Support organizational transformation, process improvement, and technology adoptioninitiatives. Contribute to policy formulation and business governance frameworks. Partner with senior leadership on corporate growth initiatives and strategic projects. Educational Qualifications
