- Head HRBP for a vertical which is complex and diverse in the service offerings with stakeholder management involving Global Service Owners -Additionally this role will participate in driving the overall HR agenda for VSSI by being accountable for specific projects which impact the achievement of the overall HR strategy for VSSI- The role will also play the role of a mentor for other HR business partners and Head HRBPs as required Work with the leadership team to establish a people agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and drives employee engagementUnderstand VISPLs strategic direction, the business and competitive landscapes, and relevant business strategiesContribute to the development of all global and local initiatives within the People AgendaContinually challenge the effectiveness of the Business and people, and propose improvementsDrive the HR agenda within the Business, ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirementsProactively manage the HR Business Partner supplier interfaces to ensure a seamless experience for Leaders, People Managers and Employees Identify training needs and coordinate with the L&D team for construction of appropriate modulesManage employee separation process and exit interviews to formulate attrition mitigation plans.Collate reports based on regular Focus group sessions, One on One and skip level meetings with G band and below. Propose strategic changes and channelize change management within the organizationConduct dipstick surveys to understand the pulse of the business unit and construct action plans to address concernsConduct periodic meetings with senior management and team managers to understand the team issues and design plans for corrective actions Provides interpretive or complex advice to a defined business leadership area, on all aspects of HR and people management, where this advice cannot be provided by HR ServicesCarry out routine management of employee issues including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management and counselling - The role holder also has responsibility of Site HR head of Ahmedabad wherein is accountable for Site related People agenda, influence the site Property and HSW agenda and represents the site Leadership.Act as an HR interface with the business leadership community, responsible for leading and supporting the transformational people agenda for the Business by pro-actively bringing to life the VISPL People Strategy Define & deploy the HR strategy & transformational people agenda for the business vertical Independently manage internal stakeholder Member of the VSSI HR leadership team- Ensures success of International Care Operations and its KPIs through effective business partnering ; Site Safety & People Engagement Indices13-18 years of overall experience, at least 10+ years in HR. Experience in Enterprise, Technology and Finance Shared Services as a Business Partner role. A leadership experience of 4 to 5 years will be an added advantage Decision making ability is essential in the role.,
