Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities1. Experience of leading a 300+ member delivery function team of Engineering Directors and Program Directors, Architects withProduct engineering background.2. Hands on experience in deliveringcustomer focused business outcomes using Java full stack/Cloud computing ( SAAS/PAAS/IAAS) with at least one Industry deep domain experience3. Experience in building products or applications on distributed computing platforms and cloud is mandatory4. Has experience with IP Led transformation models ( Assets, Frameworks, Accelerators, POCs, Patents etc.)5. Lead Customer relations and management at the organization level.6. Manage P&L, Gross Margins and help grow the business with superior delivery. Ensure timely delivery of all projects. Responsible for managing any scope change and convert this to revenue from the customer.7. Identify and Evaluate opportunities for organizational led innovation and development to deliver solutions that meet internal and external stakeholder requirements.8. Flexible and willing to embrace change and contribute to a culture that promotes innovation.9. Lead talent transformation charter ( Retaining and Attracting top talent, Upskill, Cross Skill, Certifications etc.)10. Works collaboratively with all peers to ensure organizational goals are met. Proven experience in improving technical capabilities of the teams11. Effective problem solving and decision making skills. Excellent people management and leadership skills. Maintain high standards of work practices and ensure integrity, respect and confidentiality at all times. Comes with Design, Build, Run Mind-set12. Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to Global Leadership.
