Job Description

    Indias Leading Life Insurance Company is searching for a driven and passionate Virtual Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Banca Channel - Tele Vertical department.Youll play a pivotal role in our strategic partnership with banks, converting qualified leads into satisfied policyholders and growing our life insurance business.Job Roles and Responsibilities:Lead Conversion & Sales
    • Assist Bank VRMs in generating leads for Life Insurance products.
    • Contact and connect with generated leads to convert them into sales of life insurance policies.
    • Provide comprehensive sales presentations and propose suitable life insurance solutions based on client needs.
    Client Acquisition
    • Identify and develop new leads for Life Insurance products through tele-calling and other assigned methods.
    Training & Support
    • Conduct training sessions for Bank staff on Life Insurance products, features, and benefits.
    Desired Candidates Profiles:
    • 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Banking, Insurance or Investment - Broking domain.
    • Possesses a strong understanding of life insurance products, benefits, and features.
    • Thrives in a target-oriented environment and has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
    • Excels at building rapport and effectively communicating with clients over the phone.
    • Enjoys sharing knowledge and has the ability to train and coach others.
