Roles and ResponsibilitiesWhat you ll be doing:o Utilize your team player skills to handle team & interdepartmental coordinationo Use your experience in setting up processes and part of transitiono Utilize your market research experienceo Set up KRA & KPI for the team & follow it througho Conduct kick off calls with client to understand the project requirementso Conduct required secondary research to understand the project topic and contento Handle all client queries/escalationso Assist the software team to build Survey Programming link and to check it thoroughlyo Coach team, Team Leaders, Quality Leader and Reporting Analyst on each project before the fieldworkbeginso Ensure that all the client documents and program links are checked and then sent to the cliento Assist reporting team to prepare project status report and to track the project status(production/reporting) dailyo Meet Researchers periodically to understand the field level challenges/observations and share it withclientso Prepare weekly productivity report for Operations Heado Ensure that processes are set and are followedo Give full prioritization to client requirementso Ensure that targets are met as per set timelines set per project,
