Job Description

    1. Order Processing (Pick Pack Ship)Execute and supervise end-to-end B2C order processing.Ensure timely picking of orders as per system-generated picklists.Oversee packing accuracy, SKU validation, and quantity checks.Ensure all orders are shipped within defined TAT.Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent / SLA-bound orders.2. Uniware System HandlingOperate and manage order flow in Uniware (order creation, allocation, picklist generation, dispatch).Ensure proper status updates (picked, packed, shipped) in the system.Troubleshoot basic system issues related to order processing.Coordinate with IT/Support teams for system-related escalations.3. Labour ManagementAllocate manpower across picking, packing, and dispatch areas.Ensure proper utilization of labour based on order volume.Monitor productivity of workers (orders packed per hour, picks per hour).Maintain discipline and workflow efficiency on the floor.4. Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with inventory team for stock availability and bin locations.Ensure correct SKU picking as per system allocation.Highlight stock discrepancies or shortages immediately.5. Quality Control & AccuracyEnsure zero errors in picking and packing (SKU, quantity, labeling).Verify packaging standards as per marketplace guidelines.Reduce damages and returns due to warehouse errors.6. Dispatch & Logistics CoordinationEnsure all packed orders are handed over to logistics partners on time.Validate AWB labels, invoices, and shipment documentation.Support smooth loading and dispatch processes.7. Process Adherence & ReportingFollow all warehouse SOPs and marketplace guidelines.Maintain daily reports on order processing, backlog, and productivity.Highlight operational issues and suggest improvements.
