Job Description

We Have an opening for Area Sales Manager.Post: AREA SALES MANAGERJobLocation:AhmedabadNo. of Requirements:03Required Qualification:ANY GRADUATES.Salary:Salary will be decided as per experience & knowledge.Experience:02 to 06 years (PHARMA COMPANY )Industry: Pharma (Healthcare )DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Onboard new partners/merchant and develop them as per category/company guidelines.
  2. Increase the assortment at the Brand level/seller level to bridge the assort gap.
  3. Increase local share for assigned cities.
  4. Pricing Analysis, Deals Procurement & Competitor Analysis.
  5. Orders Fulfillment and Customer experience.
  6. Account Management (Vendor & Brand relationships/Issue resolution).
  7. Manage the merchant metrics (MC%, Returns, and SLA) at seller level/city level.
  8. Design and drive vendor management strategy, systems and processes.
  9. Develop (find and qualify) vendors for the demands in the pipeline to secure capacity, reduce costs and assure high-quality deliverable.
  10. Evaluation of the vendors and manage vendor performance metrics to drive continuous performance improvement.
  11. Maintain vendor data in the Vendor Management Database to ensure they contain accurate information.
  12. Create and update records for all selected vendors, including feedback and individual pricing details.
  13. Work with the Delivery Partner to improve delivery governance and operations metrics.
  14. Establish and build strong relationships with necessary stakeholders on the vendors- side
  15. Responsible for vendor relations procuring and evaluating the current pool of vendors.
  16. Development of a strategy to continually enhance the quality of qualified vendors.
  17. Continual improvement of processes and technology/automation strategy, to ensure is on the cutting-edge.
  18. Measure and monitor the quality of vendor performance through metrics and feedback via technology and key internal/client stakeholders and address vendor grievances.
  19. Manage vendor payment issues and interact with Finance to solve them.
  20. Ensure all appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are signed to comply with all Procurement regulations.
  21. Fair understanding in multi-vendor engagements and subcontracting.
  22. Understand the client requirements, processes and key deliverables/metrics to be tracked
  23. Maintain a broad understanding of the full scope of services, with the ability to draw on specialists from each of the service lines, as needed, in order to define
