        • Key Responsibilities : Good client facing experience Support in finalizing design and propose Best practice approach/ processes Expert in PMGM module config Should be able to propose design implement RBP Support cutover doc prep, Golive and PGLS and Prep doc on Training Materials Good knowledge in SPCDP, EC Troubleshoot and provide resolution/work around for issues Able to Enhance the current process/ re-build current config Good knowledge of incident mgmt, Change mgmt, integration IT dependencies
        • Technical Experience : 1Min. 6 years of IT experience with at least 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors exp. 2Min. 3 Full life-cycle implementation of SAP SF PMGM project. 3Associate Certification in PMGM is a must. Professional certification is an added advantage 4Should have experience in RBP, JPB, Home Page. 5Experience is SPCDP module is added advantage.
        • Professional Attributes : Should have good communcation skill and should be able to interact with client
        • Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
      • Additional Information : Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement
