Hi,Greetings from Crest manpower,JOB PROFILE: Wealth manager/ Relationship managerCOMPANY: Leading stock broking company (N BFC)Experience: Experience in sales of Financial Products like - Mutual Funds, PMS, Life Insurance, Demat Accounts, Bonds, Private Equity, Loans, and other Structure ProductsLocation: PAN INDIAPackage: Up to 3.50 LPA+ incentive+ allowance for RM (Min 1yr experience)Up to 5.50 LPA+ incentive+ allowancefor SRM (Min 2yrs experience)Up to 6.50 LPA+ incentive+ allowance for KRM (Min 3yrs experience)Up to 9.00 LPA+ incentive+ allowancefor WM (Min 4yrs experience)Reporting to: TERRITORY MANAGERSpan of Control: INDIVIDUAL ROLESpecific responsibilities:

  1. HNI Client handling.
  2. Understand the financial need & risk appetite of the client & recommend suitable products from the array of financial products available with us like -Mutual Funds, PMS, PE, Bonds, Structured Products, Life Insurance, and other Wealth Products etc.
  3. Acquiring new clients.
  4. Retaining the existing customers of the company and increasing the size of their current portfolio.
  5. High levels of customer service orientation and application of Company policy.
