Description :We are looking for web/graphic designers with a combination of strong HTML and CSS abilities and excellent graphic design skills to work with us in developing cutting edge websites and Flash content. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player, with exceptional graphic design and Flash skills.Res :* Design appealing and usable websites with or without Flash content* Integrate new design elements in existing websites* Individually or work with other members to develop solutions to a variety of design-related projectsReq :* Strong knowledge of basic design principles: page layout, typography, color theory as it applies to the web* Expert-level experience in coding CSS, HTML, DHTML and JavaScript is required* Mastery and understanding of Web standards is a requirement* Proven design skills for developing web interfaces and Flash content (with ActionScript) with a focus on user experience* Thorough knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver* Excellent organizational and communication skills, works well with a team* Independent problem solving skills; flexibility to meet tight deadlines* The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills,
