Job Description

    - Leading the operation function of the entire region- Responsible for 3-5 Regions- Responsible for 100 cr. Portfolio in his respective regions- Liasioning with government officials, administration & other statutory bodies- Business planning and budgetary allocation for all the branches and support functions in the region- Survey of potential areas for business expansion- Ensuring process & hygiene is maintained- Conducting regional meetings timely- Develop and act on early warning systems including fraudulent activities of staffs, agents etc.- Responsible for performance appraisals for RMs, DRMs, RCs and TMs and providing them timely feedback. Also helping them if any areas of improvement- Monitoring and tracking of all kinds of cash transaction between HO, regions and branches- Responsible for profitability for entire region- Developing strong market intelligence system, tracking competitors activities- Facilitating external visitors & auditors- Following legal cases and ensuring timely disposal- Disposing client grievances, staff grievances and promote a culture of fairness and transparency- Ensuring feedback of 2% drop out clients / villages during quarter- Cross check at least 2% pre-payment in a quarter- Responsible for attending / cross checking at least 6 CGT in a quarter and ensure that he has visited all CSOs CGT who has experience of at least one year- Responsible for attending / cross checking at least 4 Pre GRT in a quarter and ensure that he has visited all BMs Pre GRT during and financial year- Responsible for attending / cross checking one GRT of all TM in a quarter- Responsible for cross checking at least 15 clients LUC per branch of previous quarter but he has to ensure through MIS that all the LUC gets checked by the CSOs within 45 days of disbursement,
