Role Purpose : The role serves the purpose of managing & improving the performance of the assigned brand by a. Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brandb. Aiding on conceptualization & set up of a product pipeline for future (NPD) Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities: For the assigned brand, - Net Revenue- Value Market Share- Gross Contribution Target- NPD Pipeline / Stage Gate Milestones- Brand Health Indicators Key Activities : - Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)- Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs- Ideate & contribute to planning of on going projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)- Co-ordinate with Market research agencies, Ad agencies and internal functions on execution of project plan- Drive on ground execution with Sales function & track success parameters,
