Job Description

    Role Purpose: This position is responsible for leading all rituals and routines related to Payroll, Rewards, Retirals and Systems, as well as assist in critical projects. Objective Tasks: - Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner- Administer benefit plans- Compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements- Smooth Functioning of HRMS Systems Functional Aspects: Payroll: - Responsible for Payroll of Blue Collar (350)and White Collar employees (800)- Adrenalin System- MIS - Occupancy, Tracking, Staff Costs, GL code reconciliation- Benchmarking- Budget tracking- Filing of tax returns, Form 24 duly reconcilied with Form 16- Monthly deposit of PF/EPF/SA/GR/Pension Scheme- Manage and implement annual pay review process accurately and within budget constraints Retirals: - Settlements of PF/EPS, Gratuity, etc.- Dealing with RPFC Rewards: - Annual merit increase exercise and Bonus payouts- Market benchmarking; peer group selection- Policy Compliance- Responsible for managing people costs within Budget Routine Responsibilities: - Compile data from payroll sources- Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports- Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations- Maintain accurate account balances- Review and improve payroll policies and procedures- Oversee the maintenance of current employee data systems- Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements- Support all internal and external audits related to payroll- Process payroll checks for executive staff- Interpret new legislation impacting payroll- Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production Coordination : - Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Leadership Team and Finance (Accounts Payable, Taxation)- Co-ordinating with external vendors related to Payroll and HR Systems,
