Job Description

  1. Take care of stock received and stock outward & inward etc. 2. To follow laid down operational SOPs [Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and RTO] & personnel policies & procedures. 3. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.4. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.5. Maintains physical condition of warehouse implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment.6. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. 7. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; 9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Location -Guwahati, Nagaon,Udalguri, Aizawl only male candidates can apply Required Candidate profile Qualification Required: Must Have:
  • Graduate Degree.
  • +4 years relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and WMS function
  • Good communication skills
Preferred:
  • BBA/MBA or degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  • Ecommerce Industry exposure.
Other Must Have Requirements
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Proven work experience in warehouse handling.
  • Strong in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
Qualification Required: Must Have:
