    As an Account Manager - Operations at Gradvine, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end process for students subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with stakeholders such as Mentors, University selection team, students, and parents throughout the application process. The role demands dedication, hustle, and effective communication skills as you interact with customers from over 19 countries daily to understand their needs and help them achieve their academic aspirations.**Key Responsibilities:**- Handle the end-to-end process for students subscribing to Undergraduate and Masters service offerings- Coordinate with Mentors, University selection team, students, and parents during the application process- Communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds on a daily basis- Gather feedback from customers for continuous process improvement- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Collaborate with various stakeholders and senior management- Demonstrate strong organizational, project, and time management skills- Utilize Google Workspace proficiently- Exhibit a team-oriented mindset and coordinate with team members and other departments**Qualifications Required:**- Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in email communication- Ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and senior management- Good writing skills, with experience in content editing/writing (not mandatory)- Intermediate to advanced Google Workspace proficiency- Team-oriented mindset and ability to coordinate with team members and other departments- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes- Highly detail-oriented, diligent, and organized in work style- Ownership mindset and systematic approachGradvine is a rapidly growing organization that values dedication, innovation, and continuous improvement.
