    Role Overview:As an Admin & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, managing office facilities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be tasked with monitoring and improving operational processes for efficiency, coordinating with internal departments, and implementing systems and SOPs for better productivity. Additionally, you will identify and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with service providers. Supervising administrative staff, allocating tasks, and ensuring effective communication across departments will also be part of your role.
