Job Description

    As an Assistant Manager HR at Meesho, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, focused on cultivating a high-performance culture where exceptional talent thrives. Heres what you will be responsible for:Role Overview:- You will lead the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring configuration, enhancements, and adoption.- Act as the functional and technical owner of the HR tech stack, including HRMS, LMS, and integrations.- Continuously evaluate and improve system architecture for scalability and efficiency.- Troubleshoot issues hands-on and drive resolution with vendors and IT teams.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and implement AI use cases in HR, such as predictive analytics, chatbot automation, and intelligent workflows.- Experiment with emerging AI tools and translate them into real HR applications.- Drive problem discovery and solutioning with a user-first approach, focusing on employee experience and usability.- Build advanced dashboards, reports, and predictive models for HR metrics like attrition, hiring funnel, performance, and enps.- Identify and eliminate manual processes through end-to-end automation using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, and scripting.- Design and manage system integrations between tools, work with APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools for seamless data exchange.- Ensure compliance with ITGC and audit frameworks, maintain controls around data privacy, access management, and system integrity.- Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, InfoSec, and CREWS teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption through training and documentation.Qualifications Required:- 36 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Tech, or People Analytics.- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.- Strong skills in HR analytics, automation tools, scripting, APIs, and system architecture.- Practical exposure to AI tools and applications in HR.- Strong stakeholder management, communication, ownership, and accountability skills.About Meesho:At Meesho, we aim to democratize internet commerce for everyone, enabling small businesses to succeed online and providing sellers with benefits like zero commission and affordable shipping solutions.
